Intake & Scope
We map your fund structure, data flows and reporting requirements. You receive a migration plan covering timeline, actions and commercial terms.
Configuration & integrations
We configure fund-specific features in the AssetCare Portal and set up integrations and access with counterparties such as banks, custodians and depositaries.
Data migration
We extract, standardise and load data into the AssetCare Portal, followed by reconciliations across positions, transactions and the unit holder register.
Schadow administration
We run a full parallel administration alongside your current provider (including NAV, reporting, and the unit holder register). We investigate and resolve discrepancies until both administrations consistently match, minimising migration risk.
Go-live
Fund services transition fully to AssetCare. You and your investors receive access to the AssetCare Portal for fund information and historical performance.
AssetCare delivered the migration for the ASN Energy & Innovation Pool. The portfolio included 200+ loans and required more than standard administration, but complex, daily fair value valuations.
AssetCare developed a tailored application to integrate these daily valuations into the AssetCare fundtech platform. This ensured a controlled, low-risk transition and provides ASN with robust administration and full transparency through the AssetCare Portal.
To enable a controlled transition to the AssetCare fundtech platform, we started in 2023 by administering one Carbon Equity fund. Shortly thereafter, the decision was made to migrate all funds, including the full historical record of commitment overviews, capital accounts and closings.
The fund structure is complex, with six or more fee classes per fund and hundreds of investors. AssetCare executed the migration carefully and standardised the administration within the platform.
Today, AssetCare administers fifteen Carbon Equity funds, representing several hundred million euros in assets under administration.
